Coupons
From time to time we offer special savings to our customers through coupons. When ordering place the coupon number in the appropriate box on the order form. Coupons are good for one time use only.

Returns:

Policy
We will be happy to accept returns for any reason. Below is a list of our terms and conditions for return merchandise.

All return merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 20 days of the original shipping date. Merchandise received after this time allowance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned in the same manner in which it was received. Garments must be on their hanger and/or enclosed in their original poly bags. All hangtags must still be attached. Merchandise not returned in this manner will be subject to an additional 25% reprocessing fee.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

We use U.P.S. for all Ground and Express shipping.

International
Yes, we ship overseas. Eurokids will ship any 3 items to any country for $37.00 via Global Priority Mail. For quantities above 3 items please add an additional $5.00 per item.

Tracking
Within 24 hours of your shipment leaving our warehouse you will be supplied with a U.P.S. tracking number and a link to the U.P.S. website where you can get up to the hour status of your shipment.
